S\u00e5 det f\u00f8rste, du skal g\u00f8re for at s\u00e6tte processen i gang er at indbetale de 500 kr. ved at inds\u00e6tte bel\u00f8bet p\u00e5 konto 8401 1061797 \u2013 Husk navn!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Du kan finde begge dele her p\u00e5 siden eller eventuelt kontakte bestyrelsen i F\u00e6lleshuset de dage, hvor der er bestyrelsesn\u00f8de. Datoerne finder du under menupunktet \u201cPraktiske oplysninger\u201d\/&#8221;Vigtige datoer\u201d. Du kan ogs\u00e5 altid skrive en mail til bestyrelsen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Byggeans\u00f8gningen samt de kr\u00e6vede bilag og udfyldt BBR-skema skal derefter sendes til bestyrelsen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Du skal vedl\u00e6gge en plantegning og en situationstegning. Hvis overd\u00e6kningen har samme tagkonstruktion som fritidshuset skal det ligge 5 meter fra skel mod nabo, mark og vej. Overd\u00e6kningen kan opf\u00f8res 2,5 meter fra skel mod nabo, mark og vej, hvis det ikke har samme tagkonstruktion og er maksimalt 2,5 meter h\u00f8j. Overd\u00e6kninger og udhuse ma\u030a have et tagudh\u00e6ng pa\u030a maksimalt 0,5 meter, der ikke t\u00e6lles med i det bebyggede areal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Udhus kan opf\u00f8res enten som fritliggende eller sammenbygget med fritidshuset. Hvis udhuset har samme tagkonstruktion som fritidshuset skal det ligge 5 meter fra skel mod nabo, mark og vej. Udhus kan opf\u00f8res 2,5 meter fra skel mod nabo, mark og vej, hvis det ikke har samme tagkonstruktion og er maksimalt 2,5 meter h\u00f8j.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Carport pa\u030a maksimal 20 m2 kan kun opf\u00f8res fritliggende. Hvis carporten er over 2,5 meter h\u00f8j, skal den ligge 5 meter fra skel mod nabo, mark og vej. Carporten kan opf\u00f8res 2,5 meter fra skel mod nabo, mark og vej, hvis den maksimal er 2,5 meter h\u00f8j. Carporten skal have mindst 2 a\u030abne sider.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Ovensta\u030aende liste er udt\u00f8mmende.
